So now I’m supposed to review it, right? Ok, so let me just say that it wasn’t a complete success for me. I may have set off a few fire alarms (heh) and I forgot that there were cashews involved for the vegan nacho sauce. I used almonds instead and it turned out fine. It was a little chunky though. So, if you prefer smoother sauce, I’d probaby go with cashews or if you want your sauce chunky, then go with almonds like I did. But hey, if you don’t want to take advice from me, that’s ok. Let’s just say that I’m not the best cook out there.
These are the potatoes in the oven. They actually turned out pretty good 🙂
